We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time or require your appointment to be rescheduled to avoid impacting other clients.
Consultation Requirement
All cosmetic injectable treatments require a consultation with one of our qualified practitioners prior to treatment.
Treatment recommendations are personalised to each individual and are provided following a comprehensive assessment. Not all clients will be suitable candidates for treatment.
Booking Deposits
A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Deposits are redeemable towards your treatment on the day of your appointment and are non-refundable if the cancellation policy is not met.
Cancellation Policy
We kindly request a minimum of 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend your appointment, may result in the forfeiture of your booking deposit and may incur a cancellation fee.
Pricing
All pricing is listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and is subject to change without notice.
Treatment plans and pricing are discussed during your consultation and may vary depending on your individual requirements.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for three years from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Gift vouchers are not redeemable for cash, are non-refundable and must be presented at the time of redemption.
Lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced.
Gift vouchers may only be redeemed for eligible treatments and services offered by The Cosmetic Club.
Promotions & Special Offers
Promotional offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise stated.
Promotions are valid only for the advertised period and may be withdrawn or amended at any time.
